We provide legal consultation services for many international institutions; we assist in conducting studies about Syria regulations and Laws. We have participated several times in conducting surveys and studies about Syria, We have Contributed in an annual study conducted by the World Bank in concern to Syrian business regulation, (Doing business in 2006) . We are working currently on two projects, in which our role focused on legal issues (Regulations, tax issues, mergers, restructuring from legal aspect, banking legal regulations, etc). These two projects are:
A project by the European Investment Bank, implemented by Bankakademie International (Feasibility study to develop new options for private sector investment financing in Syria), and mission expanded to cover the issue of reforming public banks.
Banking Sector Support Program BSSP II, a project funded by the EU. Leaded by ING Bank. The overall objective of the Program is to contribute to economic growth by supporting the on-going reform of the Syrian banking sector, which will facilitate access to finance for the private sector. This project is focusing on reforming central bank functions, besides training needs in the banking sector as a whole.
